I want to start by saying that I do not hold a degree from a university in behavioral sciences, psychology, psychiatry, etc. I’m just a person who has had a lifelong fascination with trying to figure out why people do the things they do.

As a kid, I was always a people watcher. As I got older, I read books on body language, persuasion, and techniques for detecting deception. In more recent years I have read more books, completed numerous online courses, and spent countless hours watching interviews and reading the people being interviewed. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with anyone who is willing to listen.

If you think someone needs a degree from a university to have any credibility, then this may not be the site for you. I believe that with dedication, training, and practice, anyone can develop the skills to detect deception and read what someone’s body language is telling you. I also believe that learning how to detect deception is a very valuable skill that can serve you well in many areas of your life.
